黄健:1987年毕业于南京卫生学校医学检验专业

博士,研究员。生物芯片上海国家工程中心肿瘤基因组学转化应用研究室主任,研究方向是肿瘤基因组学和分子遗传学:利用基因芯片和高通量测序技术及生物信息学手段,系统分析肿瘤(肝癌)基因组、转录组和甲基化组的变异,并探讨各种变异与临床特征的关联性,结合细胞学和动物学技术识别鉴定与肿瘤相关的重要功能基因,深入研究其在肿瘤发生发展中的分子机制,为肿瘤的临床诊断提供新的指标,或为最终治愈肿瘤提供潜在的药物靶点;先后承担多项国家“863”计划项目、国家“973”项目、国家自然基金、国家博士后资助计划一等资助,上海市科委自然科学基金重点项目,上海市学术技术带头人项目、深圳市生物产业高技术产业项目等。相关研究先后发表在Nature Genetics、JCI、PNAS、Carcinogenesis、Cancer Research、FEBS Lett、BMC Genomics、Molecular Carcinogenesis、Genomics、BMC Cancer、PLOS ONE、J Proteome Res、J Hepatol等国际杂志上。获得三项上海市科研成果奖,六项国家发明专利,参与编写专著二部。 生物通 www.ebiotrade.com
